About My Practice

After years and years of legal practice and helping hundreds and hundreds of clients, I continue to practice in the areas where I feel I can make the biggest impact for clients.

I am currently taking new cases for divorce, post-divorce modification and enforcement, paternity, appeals, prenuptial agreement preparation, adoptions, adult adoptions, and QDRO’s.

Yes! I offer a free 15 minute phone consult for all new clients. You can contact me and set up a time for us to talk.

At this time, I am focusing my practice on divorce, family-law appeals, paternity cases, prenuptial agreements, adoptions, adult adoptions, and QDRO’s.

My office is in Mesa (Stapley and US 60).

My hourly rate is $325/hour. However, I offer some services for a flat fee.

A divorce appeal will generally last for 6-7 months before a ruling comes out. Most of the filing and work happens in the first 4 months, but the Court needs time to review everything before making a ruling.

It kind of depends on how complex it is going to be, and how much planning and discussion is needed before drafting begins. I’d recommend that you contact me about a prenup at least 2-3 months before you get married. If you’re getting married sooner than that, then stop reading and call me now.
