Exciting News!

Spencer Schiefer has been selected to join the State Bar of Arizona Technology Working Group for a 3-year term.

The mission of the Technology Working Group is to advise the Arizona Bar about the challenges and opportunities arising from the impact of technology on the practice of law. This includes developing substantive content, serving as a sounding board for State Bar programs, and acting as the State Bar’s primary body for the consideration of all technology issues affecting the practice of law.

As you can imagine, with how quickly technology continues to advance there is a constant need for the legal community to keep up with the times, maintain information security, and utilize tech to efficiently serve clients’ needs. Mr. Schiefer is excited to serve and help lawyers and the legal community implement new technologies into the practice of law. This is Mr. Schiefer’s second Bar Committee appointment since joining the Arizona Bar.
